Yesterday's "leak" that the Army would cut 40,000 troops was nothing new. It was actually announced by General Odierno earlier this year. What's going on here? Scare people into opposing any military cuts. Meanwhile military spending increases -- even with the "sequester."

Its working to some extent. Idiots are posting things like "our enemies are ramping up while we are making cuts! We're all gonna die!"

Well , these were planned cuts and move the number back to where it was desired by those in charge before the expansion for Raq and the Afghan .I guess if it is propaganda , it is more of an accident .They have been moving these numbers around on a regular basis for years .
