Are you a proud American? If so, you're in good company.

Bill O'Reilly, Sean Hannity, Megyn Kelly and Greta Van Susteren are just a handful of the many Fox News hosts who shared the reasons that they're proud Americans ahead of the Fourth of July.

Fox News also spoke with Army Chief of Staff Gen. Ray Odierno and country music star Kellie Pickler about why they love the U.S.

Read on to see what they had to say.

Plus, don't miss the "Proud to Be an American" special, hosted by Brian Kilmeade, on Saturday at 5p ET.

And don't forget to show your pride on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram using #ProudAmerican.

Google's top three "pride" definitions.

pride
prīd/Submit
noun
noun: pride; plural noun: prides
1.
a feeling or deep pleasure or satisfaction derived from one's own achievements, the achievements of those with whom one is closely associated, or from qualities or possessions that are widely admired.
"the team was bursting with pride after recording a sensational victory"
synonyms: pleasure, joy, delight, gratification, fulfillment, satisfaction, a sense of achievement
"take pride in a good job well done"

the consciousness of one's own dignity.
"he swallowed his pride and asked for help"
synonyms: self-esteem, dignity, honor, self-respect, self-worth, self-regard, pride in oneself
"their triumphs were a source of pride"
antonyms: shame

the quality of having an excessively high opinion of oneself or one's importance.
"the sin of pride"
synonyms: arrogance, vanity, self-importance, hubris, conceit, conceitedness, self-love, self-adulation, self-admiration, narcissism, egotism, superciliousness, haughtiness, snobbery, snobbishness; More
antonyms: modesty, humility

The first one is probably what America's pride is all about.

The second one is probably what "gay pride" is all about.

The third one is probably how God defines it.

So the question becomes, is the modern definition of American pride and gay pride "excessive" given the times and people involved?
