Ya there are thousands of posts on this already and MOST of us are watching very closely and are very concerned.

However it's extremely difficult to convince most OTHER people that the military has anything nefarious planned and equally as difficult to get them to watch a 30 minute documentary to educate themselves about it. Unfortunately.

JADE 2 is..a self reactive self-adaptive self-modeling program for predictive force deployment. In other words, it can predict conflicts before they occur and react in a pre-emptive manner.

For any given deployment a unit must meet various training objectives. Now Lt. Colonels can make sure their battalions reach every marker required with ease. Developing a training schedule is not easy and this program will help them do it in hours instead of months. It isn't skynet, lol.

I had heard the figure of no more than 50 per city. Kinda hard to round up everybody with that few people though. FEMA camps in those states can't accomodate 24 million anyways.
