Strange that they took Paul out of the tea party bucket. Seems to me he had a book called, "The Tea Party Goes to Washington"

Christian conservatives and Libertarian also has a small overlap. But I guess it is small enough that you can group those people as tea party, which DO overlap.

Anyhow - this chart is it. Normally you'll need to unite 3 factions to win the GOP nomination, but this cycle you could probably do with 2, or even one during Iowa.

Establishment category isn't a very large one in numbers of followers - but it overlaps with all other factions, making their path to the nomination the easiest, especially when you count the lobbyist cash they are raking in too.
