At a press conference on Monday, Washington DC Mayor Muriel Bowser rolled out her new drug enforcement strategy which involves shifting away from targeting low-level drug dealers and instead cracking down on major suppliers.

Irrelevant, kops will still do as they are, the only ones who'll benefit are the DA's with lighter workloads and bigger headlines.

They'll still meet their quotas of "convicted felons" in order to feed the prison industrial complex...

Now, now, don't be so pessimistic. I think I'll call the mayor and drop him his first tip on where the biggest suppliers can be found on a daily basis:

Won't work. They get to the suppliers by putting the squeeze on the low level rats.
