Why does anyone spy or use surveillance, because they have lack of trust. Its a lot harder to trust someone who doesn't trust you. Rand Paul is the only candidate running that trusts innocent American citizens, because he doesn't want to spy on them.

Technically this is not true. Randal has no problem with spying on American citizens as long as it is done in a constitutional manner using the 4th amendment as a guide and has open oversight.
