S Korea has a interesting phenomenon gong on. It's called eating broadcast where the host virtually dines with the viewers. There are apparently thousands of people doing this. The basic idea is that people get lonely and don't want to eat alone. I shouldn't have to tell you what the dinner table conversation would be if we did this.

A variation would be a cooking class/show with the ingredients posted in advance.

I'm pretty sure there are still free video conferencing systems out there. The focus could be winning over new supporters or building community among existing supporters.

Any female supporters interested in doing this?

BBC World News has a segment on it during Sport News that they are replaying.

Interesting. Most of my female guests have no desire to stick around for breakfast.

Well if we have any good male chefs... the point being the food should look good and the (political) conversation better.

Food is popular. There is a cable network devoted to it, Netflix just picked up 10 food shows and here are a bunch that streem for free:

Why not use food to sell political ideas. Remember RonPaulTV? The stuff Orin was doing, etc. What don't you like about the idea?

The BBC report didn't mention they got paid for it, though I was kinda wondering about the 4 hour shift...

That actually sounds like fun. I hate eating alone. I'll revisit this idea when my mom goes out of town again.

If I had a new computer and someone told me how to livestream, I'd show some of my cooking. I am not gonna eat for the camera though. lol

It would be torturous to watch you cook and not be able to taste it. :(
