Silver Miner First Majestic to CFTC: Something Wrong with Price Discovery on COMEX

Mexican silver mining company First Majestic sent a letter to the Commodities Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) claiming that there was something wrong with the price discovery mechanism on the COMEX silver futures market.
They pointed to the massive speculative short silver positions illustrated below:

Offsubject, but when someone posts an image and uploads it to the site as an "attached image" I see two copies. Does this happen to other people?

Yes, I'm clicking on insert image, from computer, finding the image and hitting "upload" just onceand I always get two images not show in the draft but they appear after I post.
