Let's help push Rand to 2 million likes on FB

I'm not sure how many of you guys like Rand on facebook, but he's made a few mentions over the past couple of months of getting him to the 2 million likes mark.

Currently, we're sitting at 1,978,910 and not that far off from 2 million. He's had 43k new likes just since last week.

I was wondering if you could help the campaign spread the word far and wide and get him to that number.

By comparison, Ted Cruz is at 1.248 mil, Marco Rubio is at 800k, Scott Walker is at 800k, Jeb Bush at 177k, Hillary at 800k

We are far ahead from the rest of the competition, but FB is still an important outlet for Rand (as opposed to others), as it gives him a chance to clarify his positions and clear up the 24/7 mud slinging he gets from the MSM and other politicians. (FYI, Fox News has 10 million likes)

We need to increase positive exposure for Rand and FB is still one of those outlets.

I just shared the page with a few of the people on my friends list and was wondering if you could do the same.

Thats pretty insane, he's been slowly climbing since he hit a wall at about 1.7, 1.8. 6k in a day means he is getting a lot of exposure. I think people genuinely like the fact that he's pissing off so many old establishment grouches.

Nice, looks like he may hit 2 million in a week or so. Maybe less, but its hard to know when this spurt will taper off.

Yeah. I could be wrong, but I think his team is trying to boost him as he seeks greater attention in a growing field. He didn't get that many likes after his filibuster, so I doubt all of these are due to his fight against the Patriot Act.

I think advertising on social media is a good route for any campaign now. I would be kind of surprised if any major candidate didn't. Local candidates I know find Facebook ads to be very useful, and relatively inexpensive I think.

Please go to https://www.facebook.com/RandPaul and click "invite friends to like this page" and send invitations. I just got an old friend of mine to like the page a few minutes ago so it works. Another option is to send a private message with the page and ask them to like the page as a favor to you. We can get over 2 million tonight but the sooner in the evening the better.

I just got three friends with in the last few minutes to accept my invitation to like Rand Paul and virtually all my friends already liked or had invitations so this does work.

like i said before, at the end of the day, i'm glad there's 2 million people that will get an update from Rand, explaining his stances and his views, because otherwise, those people would just from an opinion about Rand through Fox News
