As far as a universal single payor healthcare system...

It has been proven to be less expensive than the system we are running now, but these other countries also spend less money in research and development. I don't know for sure if deregulation will help our healthcare problems, but I would be willing to give it a try, just as I would be willing to give single payor a try. The main difference is that no industrialized country that I know of(please point me in the right direction if there is one) has tried the deregulation path to affordable healthcare. Maybe we should be the first?


What I DON'T like is the government buying individuals private healthcare plans, and the government requiring individuals to buy insurance. It just reeks of corruption.
