If you worked for the CIA or NSA or FBI or HSA, wouldn't you be ticked off that you got some tiny little bonus and hear about budget cuts while 2 trillion dollars was spent on nation building in Iraq and Afghanistan? I would think there would be a lot more people in these agencies concluding there were much better ways to spend nearly $6000 per American over a ten-year period.

Similarly, billions spent to capture data on all phone calls. Really? How could people smart enough to work at the NSA think that's a good idea?

The people who work at the NSA and associated agencies are 100x more authoritarian than military members and less likely to have an awakening.

Plus intelligence agency employees are in that career for life. A military member serves for a few years and then they're done, so they're not risking a career by speaking out.
