On Friday, the Nevada Senate passed a bill, nicknamed after an infamous incident in which a 7-year-old was suspended from school for eating his Pop-Tart into the shape of a gun, that would prohibit public schools from disciplining children for wearing clothing depicting guns or gun rights opinions and playing with imaginary or toy weapons, provided that they are doing so in a non-disruptive manner.

When I first read this I thought it said NY and I was thinking "no way this passed".

The legislature must have gotten a lot of brib--er, I mean campaign contributions from the map industry.

I couldn't help but notice they waited until all the schools in the state had time to cut Florida off all of their maps.

Pathetic we need a bill to prevent this from happening.

The new paradigm: If you have no specifically enumerated rights, then you have no rights at all.

Remember that, comrade, or Uncle Joe will get you.

Saw a kid in my 4 yr olds class playing guns. Just laughed because if it had been discovered by some ahole teacher they would have suspended the kid.
