SO he blocks the reform bill... how good of a chance do you think they are going to have with a clean reauthorization?

This is actually a good thing as it makes it more likely that the Patriot Act will expire.

Would be cool if this was a sort of backroom deal between McConnell and Rand where Mitch publicly opposes "reform" but it allows the whole Patriot ACT to be torpedoed by Rand's filibuster.
