In this and Jarred L.'s case I think it is more likely they both thought they were in the Emerald City talking to the Great and Powerful Oz rather than in a courtroom during their trials.

More like a mob lynching than a trial. I like how the media has been showing the exact same photo of the guy for the past 2 years. No pictures or video from the courthouse. Did he ever get to say anything or speak publicly? I say we give that amtrak train the death penalty. I mean it killed twice as many people. The worst train terrorist attack in the last 10 years.

I'm for the death penalty only if there are witnesses. Those witnesses also have to agree to die if it turns out the accuser is innocent after the execution.

So I'm basically against the death penalty.
