On Tuesday, Oklahoma Republican Governor Mary Fallin signed a bill reducing the number of signatures that third parties must gather in order to gain recognized party status and ballot access in the state from 5% of the number of voters who participated in the most recent gubernatorial or presidential election to 3% of those who voted in the last gubernatorial race.
