so let me summarize this:
the blimp project currently isn't getting enough funds, because too many people don't like the new business concept and don't want to spend their money this way, so you propose to take those people's money, which they donated to the campaign, anyway?

sure, it's the decision of the paul compaign, once you donated money it's not yours anymore. so propose it to the campaign. I'm sure they won't do it.
