Seems like they use pretty arbitrary or politically guided criterion to allow/shutdown fundraising campaigns:

Why did GoFundMe drop account supporting Baltimore cops?

GoFundMe.com said it has taken down the fundraising campaign for the Baltimore police officers charged (http://www.cbsnews.com/videos/baltimore-prosecutor-announces-charges-in-freddie-gray-investigation/) with the death of Freddie Gray (http://www.cbsnews.com/freddie-gray-baltimore/) because it violates the website's policy.
The Baltimore City Fraternal Order of Police created the page on Friday in hopes of creating a defense fund for their members involved in the case, but it was quickly taken down because according to the company, funds cannot be used for people accused of serious crimes.
"The campaign clearly stated that the money raised would be used to assist the officers with their legal fees, which is a direct violation of GoFundMe's terms," said GoFundMe.com spokesperson Kelsea Little.
Apparently our GoFundMe account has been suspended with no explanation. We are working to find a new site for donations. Thank you!

If not for 'serious crimes' then what in the F### is the point, you're going to start a national fund raising event for a parking ticket ?

There is certainly little logic in their claim given that Darren Wilson supporters were allowed to raise over $200K funds who was also accused of serious crime.

Why do cops even need fund raising? You would think that their union dues and insurance policies would cover these predictable situations.

The criteria seems simple to me: If you're a leftist, you're welcome. If not, only if you're lucky.

Think of it as a token of appreciation

Yea, they just pulled it out of the hat, so they could stay on the right side of politcal correctness.
Of course if these cops are guilty , they should get whats comming to them, what the Baltimore thugs don't realize is, the tyranny is not about them,
it applies to all of us.

Wilson was never charged with any crime.

Wilson was never charged with any crime.

The cops in Baltimore were only charged because the DA is a political activist and a puppet to the masters who wanted to keep the ghettos from burning. They will drag the case out for years and in the end it will be mostly forgotten and the cops will get a slap on the wrist. There are no eyewitnesses and not really much of a case. I personally think they are probably guilty of giving him a beatdown and bouncing him around in the van because he fought them, but probably did not intend to kill him.

Go fund me is a privately owned website and can refuse anyone for any reason. Personally I think anyone that uses it is an idiot.

Why do cops even need fund raising?

They don't "need" it monetarily. They need it socially.

They want to show that boobus is behind them with dollars. And Boobus is.

Seems like they use pretty arbitrary or politically guided criterion to allow/shutdown fundraising campaigns:

1. it's not completely without basis, since Wilson was not guilty, Brown was.
2. Nothing criminal about memories pizza
3. even if it was completely unreasonable, it's private property, they can discriminate for any reason

Won't be surprised if it was shutdown on request of government officials to minimize tensions.

Yep private business have their rights. It just seemed arbitrary, media headlines or accusation even by state do not mean guilt necessarily; this is important point in general and not just in this particular case where there is strong indication of physical abuse.
If someone is facing a politically motivated framed charges by state, private business like this will be then aiding the state machinery by restricting the support for the victim who really needs public support.
