Thinking about spending my christmas in NH to canvas.

I'm thinking about using my time off for christmas and going to NH to help out the good Doctor. I don't really need presents and food to feel good about things and I'd be a lot happier up there making a difference.

Questions though........ I'm from NC. How exactly does the 5 for freedom deal work? I read the website but I just wanted to get more information on how much I need to spend to get there, where I would be staying, and how I would be spending my time.


I don't want to plan this large trip........get there........and have nothing to do or be confused about what's going on.

Can anybody help me or put me in contact with somebody who can?

I'm in the same boat. If the 'Operation,' allows, I will definitely be in NH for most of December until the 9th of Jan at least. I filled out the online volunteer form and even scouted airfare (I'm in Florida) and all I'm waiting for is their e-mail with some more information. I'm really itching to get up there...hopefully all will go well.
