In an effort to fight terror groups operating in the region, the US government has given over $500 million in weapons and equipment to Yemen's government, which recently collapsed. US officials have subsequently lost track of the weapons and fear that they have fallen into the hands of al-Qaeda or Iranian-backed Houthi rebels.
