Secret Service chief: Guarding fake White House could help with real thing

Protecting the real White House has posed recent challenges for the embattled Secret Service. So maybe practicing on a copy will help turns things around.
That’s the hope of the agency’s director, Joseph Clancy, who is seeking $8 million to build a detailed replica of the executive mansion’s facade and grounds — right down to the landscaping, fountains and guard boots.

Oh the timing, oh the timing of this all, is it nothing less than opportune? Seriously, the only thing more amazing is that on duty personnel did not open fire on them, while Congress assembled for a standing ovation!

It's interesting that they didn't shoot those two drunk armed Secret Service agents who crashed into the Whitehouse fence.
