They seem a bit pricey, but they do carry blank hemp tshirts ready for dye/logo.

I don't know about wholesale, BUT I have ordered a few things from:
http://www.threadheadcreations.com/ over the years and they produce SUBERB clothing.

It might be worth talking to them, they are good folks.

Yeah, I was looking for something for my wife on the site for christmas a couple years ago, my mother saw the site over my shoulder and demanded I get something for her from the site for christmas as well. :)
