"While this round will penetrate soft body armor, it has not historically posed a threat to law enforcement."

Wow, transparent much?

Translation:
"Any round used on a spree killing of mundanes is ok. We only get involved when the round poses a threat to the gang."

I said this once before on a thread here about gunfights with opponents wearing body armor. We were taught "aim for the groin area". Largest area of armor breaks (even with the "dick plate"), femoral artery, and other places people don't want to take lead to. Also causes wounds violent enough to require two more personnel to attend.

Of course, things like this were one of the reasons I purchased a .308 AR platform rifle, and am getting re-loading classes from my father-in-law. He is teaching me amazing things you can do with old .30-06 ammo, re-worked into .308 rounds.
