What better way to spike the ball and celebrate his CPAC win than to go to Chicago and call out the police corruption?

If Rand when down there, with Amash... and 5,000 or 10,000 or his closest supporters and a tonne of news vans.

Rand Paul said that the Republican party needs to show up on the south side of chicago and shout at the top of its lungs that the GOP is the ticket to the middle class.
I think that is encouraging that he wants to go to the south side of chicago.
Call his bluff; go to his hometown.

Suggested to look into it and try to tie it into the Garner and Brown and the "big government effecting individuals in ways outside of taxes and regulation" issue in reference to the CPAC speech. Rand should show up with a crew of lawyers, and a game plan and politely request the tour.

If they say yes, the police are borked. If they say no, what is it they are trying to hide from a US Senator? Borked.

Indeed, he should be cautious enough to not get completely punk'd. He can call it a fact finding mission or some such. He should invite the IL senators along with him. Make it public, show up and force them to turn him away.
