”President Obama warned workers at the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement: implement executive amnesty, or else. He made the comments in a town hall event on immigration on MSNBC.”

Obama is in fact threatening ICE Agents to engage in an act of sedition and ignore our Constitution and laws made in pursuance thereof!

My suggestion to all ICE Agents is to honor their oath of office and we the people will come to their defense!

The following oath is taken by ICE Agents as they are sworn in as employees of the federal government:

I [name] do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.

Note that allegiance is to our Constitution and against all enemies, foreign and domestic, which would include those who use their office of public trust to circumvent our Constitution. In this case that would be Obama and his attempted usurpation of a power not granted.

Just curious- what does the Constitution say about immigration? Are all immigrants "enemies of the state"?

The Fourteenth Amendment says:

Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

This seems to say states cannot evict or deport immigrants without due process.

If there are a million fewer than there were in 2007 is there an invasion going on we need to be protected against?

Immigrants are not covered under the 14th Amendment and those who do so are HISTORICALLY WRONG !!!

This was NOT written with immigrants in mind BUT for PROPERTY, slaves were considered property until that time. And setting them free, challenged their right to be here as no one's property.

If they were not property any more, than their humanity came into play .. ERGO .. those born here as slaves as well as their off spring, were indeed American citizens ..

The fourteenth Amendment has NOTHING to do with IMMIGRANTS, but INFACT SLAVES and children of slaves.

So unless your illegal aliens were brought here as slaves during the time of RECONSTRUCTION .. your argument using the fourteenth amendment to do so is MOOT.

Immigrants are covered under immigration laws, not the under the 14th Amendment, but after the fact.
You have to check the immigration laws and it's standings NOT the the 14th Amendment ..
