Many people (and more importantly Nevadians) listen to this show.

This is an opportunity to get Ron Paul talked about over the airwaves in a positive light (very rare opportunity).

I say we call-in with Ron Paul related questions for Pat.

I heard him today live on my local radio station. They talked alot about Reagan. He also said nobody that's running is what our country needs.

Please call in regarding Ron Paul is the closest thing we have to Reagan and that He should offer to run as Ron's VP.

He would increase it in the area of social conservatives and people opposing illegal immigration.

But many of those would already be on board b/c he's the GOP nominee, if we're talking that far ahead...

And he would decrease it in the area of many people who remember his stereotype, after his portrayal in the media.

Frankly, I think he has some good ideas, but disagree on too many things with him, particularly about legal immigration.

Pat Buchanan calls into the studio this morning to discuss his new book, Day of Reckoning: How Hubris, Ideology and Greed are Tearing America Apart. The gang and Pat talk about the current state of the world. Danny asks Pat if he thinks America should exit Afghanistan. Pat says “a great super power can not simply walk away from their mistakes”, he’s hopes Afghanistan will reverse to autocracy, however he says, “it could become a humanitarian blood bath.” The gang also talks about the immense exodus of illegal immigrants entering into America. The question of course is what do you to quell this problem. Adam says one thing we can definitely do is immediately stop people from entering into the U.S. by securing our borders in a more proficient manner, however Pat says if you do not start deporting immediately as well as border control, everyone will continue to enter the country and no one will ever leave and it becomes a never-ending battle. Pat says, “America is deconstructing.” Adam believes we are slowly losing our culture due to immigration, he says he is not racist; he just does not want to see America become Mexico.
