Round totally misses cop's head, can see bullet hit sidewalk 2 feet away, no head jerk, body jerk, blood spatter, nothing. It's clear as day.

- gunmen masked, no way to tell if they are suspects
- authorities say they didn't care if they were identified, so they were careless with found ID. But they were wearing masks.
- "getaway driver" turns himself in before they can gun him down, says he has ironclad alibi.
