Hi, I do not know if you guys heard but with all the recent Cyberattacks we had since October 2, 2014 especially the most recent Sony Cyberattack http://abcnews.go.com/International/interview-fbi-links-north-korea-sony-hacking/story?id=27694178 Because of these attacks that the FBI claims were done by North Korea even though there really is NO PROOF http://gamepolitics.com/2014/12/26/security-researcher-says-fbi-probably-wrong-about-sony-pictures-hackers Congress is now pushing to bring back old and dangerous privacy violating bill CISPA or the The Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act. According to Congressional Republicans and Democrats CISPA would have stopped the Cyber hack on Sony however CISPA would not have done that and all it would do is take away existing US privacy laws that protect privacy online. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S0VXcStT7cU

CISPA or HR 234 would not only make NSA spying LEGAL. It would also allow your ISP or internet service provider to give the Government your private information regardless of Contract and that includes Private E-mails, Text, Online Searcher, Online Purchases including Credit Card information, Financial Information and files stored on a cloud database. Your ISP in return wold be given immunity when giving out your private and personal information. You can read more about CISPA by clicking here http://piratetimes.net/exclusive-a-sneak-peek-at-cispa-2015/ and now President Obama favors CISPA or HR 234 http://gizmodo.com/the-new-cispa-bill-is-literally-exactly-the-same-as-the-1679496808 and it gets worse http://rt.com/usa/222695-sony-hack-cfaa-cispa/ Not only that, if this CISPA bill is anything like the last CISPA bill your ISP could BLOCK or FILTER THIS RON PAUL FORUM and all they have to claim is Cybersecurity hack https://www.eff.org/deeplinks/2012/04/yes-cispa-could-allow-companies-filter-or-block-internet-traffic

First please sign this petition HERE >>>>> http://www.cispaisback.org/

I urge everyone here to call Congress (House www.house.gov (http://www.ronpaulforums.com/www.house.gov) and Senate www.senate..gov (http://www.ronpaulforums.com/www.senate..gov) ) at 202-224-3121 and give the operator your Zip Code and tell them NO to CISPA HR 234. Now remember this is a pro security House and Senate Republican majority who favor CISPA, so remind your Congressman especially if he or she is a Republican that you will vote them out of office if CISPA passes.

Here's another thread on this: http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?466524-CISPA-2015-Draft-Text-Emerges-Online-Dem-Rep-Cites-Sony-Hack-As-Rationale-for-Sponsoring.

Totally agree-- this is very dangerous legislation as it allows private companies to give the data they have collected and accumulated about each of us to the Federal Government. Dutch Ruppersberger who has re-created this Frankenstein is the House member whose district contains the NSA at Fort Meade.

More Fascism. :(

They will keep changing the name of SOPA / PIPA and CISPA until they can ram it down our throats. The cost of Liberty is eternal vigilance against those who seek to protect you by taking away everything you have making the statement of "Freedom is Slavery" absolutely true.

Net Neutrality accomplished this.

I would break links to all 'petition' collecting devices -- they are simply list building devices for fundraising entities. Great article on topic here >>> (http://stubbornfacts1776.com/political-emails-sign-this-petition-it-will-save-the-country/)
