What comes after Dec. 16?

It seems to me whatever we raise, there will be a number which needs to be rounded UP.

The last day to do that - this quarter - is Dec. 31. Then we should plan for something the mid of January, say right after the NH primary. Then maybe after Tuesday, 5 Feb.

That's it until the primary dust settles, because by March 4 all but 7 states will have had their primary.

SO, it seems we've got 3 possible weaponize-able dates. If we want to make the most of them we should act fast.
