Is there a 1-800 campaign number I could include in my letter?

I would think that your personal number is better than the official campaign number because:

1. It is more personal and emphasizes the fact that you are not a shill or a machine that sent that same letter to everyone in Iowa.
2. If you are involved enough to be writing letters then you can probably answer most questions about Ron Paul.
3. It reduces the work load on the official campaign staff which saves Ron Paul money and allows them to be more proactive.

People might not want to call some random guy, though. I suggest giving them both the campaign number and your personal one.
