Voters in Missouri's St. Charles County overwhelmingly approved a referendum banning the use of red light enforcement cameras by municipalities, but the cities of Lake St. Louis, St. Peters, and O’Fallon have filed suit in an effort to overturn the ban.

LOL @ cops "we just enforce the law, if you don't like it, change the law".

How many people, this year alone, and just in the US were killed by those that "just enforce the law"? They need to quit blindly obeying orders and break the Chain of Obedience. Perhaps a smart honest cop would say "I will not enforce any law that endangers or disparages the people".

Of course they're suing. Anything to keep revenue flowing, regardless of whether it's right or even effective. Missouri is full of tyranny more than most states. Notwithstanding the recent Ferguson situation, you'll find tons of stories about out of control government, cops shooting dogs and all sorts of "We don't understand liberty at all" behavior. Clearly the people here just don't get it. I call Missouri "New Jersey Jr.".
