The provision in question would benefit Citibank. It’s not a bad provision. I favor it. Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA)6% does not. But it is quite telling that House GOP Leaders preferred a shutdown to stripping that provision out. They could not, however, be bothered when it came to stopping amnesty.

That’s really all you need to know.

That's outrageous. I don't have any problems with Wall Street Bankers gambling with derivatives. But the FDIC (ie. the taxpayer) sure shouldn't be
required to bail them out when their gambling goes sour! Tea Party Republicans should be standing with the Elizabeth Warrens on this!

Fox News(propaganda) had former FDIC clown Sheila Bair on talking about the CRomnibus bill. Bair said "we" shouldn't be bailing out banks, yet when she ran the FDIC, she increased huge fees on banks, which the expense was passed along to customers AND she stuck Americans taxpayers/the country with Billions in banking default debt, as she spun off the banks to other banks(making them bigger).

Bair now is on the board of directors of institutions and an executive at a... BANK.

So everyone, once again, has witnessed the bought -n- paid for Establishment GOP-Republicans serving the Banksters-Corporatists-Fascists at your expense. Some things never change, as usual, it's the illusion of choice.

Rand really needs to speak out on this issue. If he cedes the issue of Wall Street Corruption to the Democrats, he will get crushed in November.
