NEW YORK (CNNMoney)
More than a million retired and current truck drivers, construction workers and other union workers could see their pension benefits cut if Congress passes a proposal aimed at shoring up some of the nation's biggest pensions.

Lawmakers are attempting to tack on the proposal to the government spending bill, which is expected to be voted on this week -- although backlash over other add-ons could delay the bill's passage.

It passed the house. Looks like some retired people collecting pensions are going to be really ticked off after new years. Who are they going to blame, Union kissing democrats or Reckless Republicans? People wake up fast when they start losing benefits. Need more free bread and circuses.

Hmmmmm....Alex Jones warned years ago "They're going to start raiding your pension funds." Love him or hate him....he's right more than he is wrong.
