Alright, who was the person managing Rand's channel who made the decision to upload this CNN interview with 4 and a half minutes of TV commercials in the middle? That needs to not happen. Basic video editing needed. And it will probably get flagged for copyright (again)

Talk about hitching the cart to the wrong horse. It is so much easier for me/us/Rand to address the police issue with Garner than it was with the other case. In this case we have actual video evidence so there is no disputing what actually happened in his death. It is harder for police worshipers to agree with this action.
