And who did that? Something tells me that if a miscreant had done it, it wouldn't be on either Fox or youtube. But a few videos like that sure can go a long way toward justifying 'no hesitation' slaughter. So, why do I suspect that's the work of the FBI or CIA lab?

The cops might as well just go ahead and modify their own weapons that way right now. What better way to support their propaganda that they're harmless, loveable guys?
