"It's a balance"

Okay, so then I want to own tanks, f-16's, nuclear weapons, and my own intelligence organization along with the government - to maintain a balance.

When it comes to any liberal media figure such as Jon Stewart, "it's a balance" when there is either A) a democratic president in office or B) a democrat majority congress. When either A or B are republican, then it is tyrannical and needs to be stopped.

Why does the Judge act so strange when he's on the Daily Show? He comes across as a goof instead of an intellectual IMO.

I think it's because him and Stewart are good friends and seem to get along well. So it's not really a formal setting/discussion for him. It's more of just hanging out and joking around with a friend type of thing than anything else. Anyway, I tend to enjoy his daily show appearances... Don't really watch it much aside from those instances
