Psychotic cop wants to beat up on HS kids and finds a victim. Chief says use of force was appropriate. VIDEO shows kid with his hands down getting spraying in the face.
“This cop in front of me is just staring me and my friends down for absolutely no reason and saying things like, ‘I’m not a cop you can mess with,’ and I just started laughing, because it was crazy,” Rader said. “When I laughed, he said, ‘Oh, you think this is funny? Do you see me laughing?’ I told him no sir.”

Phenix City Police Chief Ray Smith said Thursday Sgt. Percy Hill "acted appropriately" when he used pepper spray on a Prattville High student Friday during the football game against Central High at Garrett-Harrison Stadium.

"(Rader) tried to hit him," Smith said. "He initiated the assault. … You'll see that the kid pulls into Percy and then tries to hit him, and he may have hit him."
When asked why Hill needed to use additional force, Smith said Rader was "ready to come back at the officer as soon as he got the opportunity."
"If you look at (Rader's) face, he's in no mood to give up. He's wanting to fight." (video and more at the link)
So that's it huh.....The kid's hands were down and because his face was not pleasing to the cop...The cop was justified to shove a pepper spray can in his face and spray him.
So Pepper spray is now OK to be used when a person's face is not that of a docile flower. It means unless you show the expression of complete obedience and servitude to one of the king's guards, then you deserve punishment.
Let's get to the reality. Cop said, "I'm a mean bad mofo!" Kid laughed because sounds like cop is pyschotic.
Cop decides revenge is in order for kid laughing. To teach that punk a lesson.
The only good thing that came out of this is the 20-30 or so students who witnessed this might have realized there are psychotic cops walking amongst us...Don't call the police.
