Funny, I just saw him in a panel debate (the "Munk Debates") on CSPAN.

It was him and Robert Kagan on one side versus Fareed Zacharia and Anne-Marie Slaughter on the other (though actually Slaughter should have been on the other side - she is in fact aptly named). It was interesting. Aside from being wrong (of course), the hawk side was clearly on the defensive. They continue to be unable to produce even a coherent (never mind plausible) justification for their proposed adventures. When Fareed pointed out the abject failure of past interventions, their response was more or less: "Well, yea, ah, er....but it'll be different this time because....ah, terrists r bad, derp, democracy good, derp, Murica!, derp."
