A video uploaded to YouTube on November 14 has been brought to the attention of the Free Thought Project which allegedly shows Officer Darren Wilson of the Ferguson Police Department, threatening to arrest a man for filming.

According to the person who took the video he was in fact arrested, and he claims Officer Wilson lied on his report.
“He told me I had permission to ‘record’ him. As soon as I started filming, his attitude changed, and he arrested me,” the man, who wishes to remain anonymous for the time being, tells the Free Though Project in an exclusive interview.
According to the man filming, Wilson put on the report that he only gave him permission to “audio record,” as if actual permission was needed to do either one of these things.
He was then arrested and put into Darren Wilson’s SUV.
This incident happened on October 28, 2013, he tells the Free Thought Project that he waited to release the video because he was scared of retaliation and wanted to move out of Ferguson prior publishing it.

Wilson was at the location asking to look at VIN numbers of two vehicles in the man’s backyard.
In a phone interview with the person who took the video, he tells the Free Thought Project that he was arrested for Failure to Obey an Officer; a charge that would later be dropped.
While we await the grand jury findings and an announcement on whether or not Wilson will be charged for the killing of Mike Brown, this video gives us a rare glimpse of the killer cop, and his threatening demeanor.
UPDATE: Below is a copy of the police report showing the details of the arrest. Just goes to show there is no such thing as a "good cop" -- even if he was right in defending himself from Mike Brown, I knew that Officer Wilson had surely wrongfully arrested others, put "lumps" on them for no good reason , etc.

Can't say that but certainly not all "bad cops" (or "good cops" for that matter) are created equal.
At this point, it is hard to argue with any factual knowledge that DW is as bad as these cops if his only confirmed malpractice so far is wrongful threat to arrest someone:

He couldn't enter the backyard because of three dogs? Surprised that piece of garbage didn't shoot them.

He probably figured that having the pressure washer stolen would be enough insult to injury.

A mainstream media article, with more detail. I'm sure that this fine officer would never lie about somebody trying to take his sidearm from him ... just like an officer would never yell "stop resisting!" at someone who's compliantly taking a beating ...

Man films Ferguson officer Darren Wilson allegedly violating his rights during confrontation at his home

The Ferguson, Missouri officer accused of killing an unarmed 18-year-old teenager is featured in an online video taken by a man who said Darren Wilson unlawfully arrested him and violated his rights.

The 15-second video shows an officer alleged to be Wilson in uniform in the middle of a conversation with resident Mike Arman, who made the brief recording.

Resident Mike The video begins with Arman asking the officer his name, and Wilson replies, "If you wanna take a picture of me one more time, I'm going to lock your a-- up."

A police report of the Arman incident written by Wilson states he went to the home on Oct. 28, 2013 because Arman had multiple derelict vehicles on his property, which violated a local ordinance.

Arman told The Guardian he believes Wilson lied on the report and should have been allowed to record the incident. He said he began filming moments after the officer approached his home.

The Ferguson Police Department declined to comment on the video and a spokesman told the newspaper he did not believe it was Wilson though the officer's name appears on the police report.

The officer wrote he told Arman he would issue him a summons when the resident became upset and claimed the city was harassing him.

The officer then stated Arman took out his cell phone and Wilson said only a voice recording of the conversation would be acceptable — but Arman told The Guardian he was only told that after he was already arrested.

He also wrote he told Arman he would not give him his name and that he could read it off of his nameplate. He also said he told Arman to remove the camera from his face.

Wilson then charged Arman with failure to comply and transported him to county jail.

Arman told The Guardian the charge was dropped after he told his lawyer he had video footage of the incident. Wilson also charged him with violating local pit bull regulations but those charges were also dropped when Arman showed his canine was actually a bulldog, the newspaper reported.

The 30-year-old told the newspaper he was working on his porch and was being cordial, but wanted to record the conversation to "safeguard" himself.

Officer Wilson thought the dogs were pit bulls, when really they were bulldogs -- and apparently there's some ordinance there about having pitbulls. So if he had shot them it would have been "justified."
