Ha ha ha ha.

Voter turnout in last week's midterm elections was terrible. How terrible? Just 36.3 percent of eligible voters cast votes — the worst turnout in 72 years, the New York Times reports. Only the 1942 election (33.9 percent) had a lower rate of voter turnout

I think the game is just about up. Now the only people left voting are the 10% voting fascist against the other 10% voting fascist.
I know that the low voter turn out is because people have seen the American sham for what it is.

I'd really like to see a Boycott 2016 campaign, to counteract all the B.S. pumped out by the MSM and it's pop-culture arm talking about "rocking the vote" etc. Everybody knows politicians represent their donors, not their voters.

Possibly it's an indication of (almost) complete satisfaction. Happy serfs indeed.

I think it does lower the required ballot access sig numbers for 3rd parties in some states.

Sadly, it's ALL hopeless IMO.

Isn't 36.3% somewhere close to the number of Americans who don't receive federal money?

36.3% is actually not bad for a mid-term election. The primary turnout was less than half of that - maybe in the single digits.

They said in 2016 a photo ID would be required to vote...

Photo ID has been a requirement for some time for me. I did not check the local paper , but I would be surprised if turnout was more than 15 % in my precinct. Two yrs ago I waited in line for a couple hours ,this time , I walked right in and voted , one of the three machines was open. My State had no Senators or Gov on the ballot .

Probably close , also close to my tax rate total for just State , County , Fed tax and Social Sec tax , Medicare tax and Property tax .

It's actually pretty bad (or rather, good):

2014 voter turnout was reportedly the lowest for a midterm election in over seventy years (http://www.theamericanconservative.com/larison/why-was-turnout-so-low/).
