National guard on alert
Local businesses have windows boarded up and their insurance companies have told them damages won't be covered if they don't do this.

Then there are demonstrations scheduled in at least 12 other cities across the country...

Do we have any information about when the grand jury decision on whether to indict might be reached? Story I just read said "this month." I fully expect if the cop is not indicted there will be massive unrest. Popcorn, indeed.
