Out of nine justices: four ruled in favor of Cochran, two for McDaniel and three recused themselves.

What a bunch of chicken-sh*t. The intentionally stalled him from filing, and then they throw it out saying that he took too long to file.

This was a stolen and fixed election, no doubt about that.

The Judicial system is far more screwed up than the general election system. You can get a eye doctor or whatever like Rand Paul elected to Senate. But you need 'good' lawyers to be elected or appointed as Judges in most places. There are not enough good lawyers to go around, McDaniel, Andrew Napolitano, and Ken Cuccinelli are among the exceptions. But there are lots of judicial positions in America.:(
