Earlier today, I returned from a trip to Iowa that featured many events throughout eastern Iowa featuring Rand Paul, and candidates for federal and state offices. The first event of the day that I attended was at the University of Northern Iowa, with Rod Blum, and nearly 300 students and members of the public were in attendance. One thing I noticed was that his red penny lapel pin was upside down the whole day. I thought about telling him, but wasn't sure if it was a statement of some kind. :p
