He says he is updating the transparancy page soon to specify the return policy if not enough money is raised. So anyone holding off because of that should get an answer soon.
He didn't say what those terms would be.

This is the only concern that I myself am waiting to be resolved before donating. (Other than the new graphic, but it's not bad enough that I'm witholding donations over)

I will see what I can do about changing the terms on a refund. Thank you.

Someone else just suggested we offer a refund minus any expenses occurred. This will work though! The graph is going up!
