A police officer who Tasered a man who caught fire and died because he was doused in petrol will not face criminal charges but could face gross misconduct hearing.
Andrew Pimlott, who suffered fatal burns when he was hit by the stun gun in Plymouth in April 2013, had poured petrol over himself and was holding a lit match at the time.
Whew! Good thing the cop saved him from dropping the lit match.
