Here we have a record of what occurred when Teodulo Sanchez was driving home amd pulled over fro a traffic stop by an Arizona cop.

A rough English translation of the (sometimes inaudible) interaction provided by Latino Rebels is as follows:

OFFICER: Do you have a license?
SANCHEZ: Yes, sir.
OFFICER: Show me the license right now. If you do something, I will kill you right here. Do you understand me?
SANCHEZ: [Spanish here is a bit inaudible] Yes, I am recording you too.
OFFICER: Put your hands up here. You don’t have weapons in the car? Are you sure? Are there any in the car?
SANCHEZ: No, if you like, I can get out of the car.
OFFICER: What’s here then?
SANCHEZ: I come to work. These are my tools.
OFFICER: Just tools? Are you sure?
SANCHEZ: Am sure.
OFFICER: Ok. Don’t get out of the car. Stay there. If you move, I will shoot you right here. Do you understand me?
SANCHEZ: Yes. Do you want to check my ID (inaudible)?
OFFICER: Where are you coming from?

Sounds like a typical cop with a typical cop's mentality: guilty until proven innocent. And God help you if you can't prove you are innocent.

I swear the new recruits are being taught this stuff as typical procedures.

100% agree!! I've been trying to make this point for years now. For going on a decade and a half, U.S. forces have been trained to be an armed occupation force. Once on the police force, these guys retain the "us vs. them" mentality. They have no regard for any Constitutional rights because they were indoctrinated with the belief that the end justifies the means.
