WHEN: December 7, 2007 - 6:00pm

WHERE:

9500 Bluejacket St.
SW Corner of 95th Street and Bluejacket
Overland Park, KS 66214

Description:

We will be hosting a national presidential caucus at the Johnson County (KS) Public Library - Oak Park Branch, 9500 Bluejacket St, Overland Park, KS on December 7th. This is an open call to participate in a locally organized meeting in which all candidates and all issues can be discussed prior to the start of the national primary process.

THIS IS THE REGISTRATION FOR THE REPUBLICAN CAUCUS ONLY.

This will be an open forum for any and all supporters of Republican presidential candidates. We will divide discussion time equally based on the number of candidates represented. The caucus will take about two hours to complete, at the end of which a straw poll will be taken of all attendees.

For more details, please contact Steve Shute, event organizer, at scshute@embarqmail.com.

We hope to see you on the 7th of December!

From the host of the event:

...the caucus is NOT limited to residents of Johnson County or even the state of Kansas, for that matter. We will not be checking voter registration cards at the door.

Since this is a NATIONAL Republican Caucus, the results will be rolled up in one national straw poll. As such, I don't think there will be an issue with people from outside Johnson County participating.

Also, there is no admission for the event.
