This is a disaster waiting to happen, and probably really about 1 thing only: making it easier for the government to monitor you. Do you honestly think anyone in the White House gives a damn about your internet security?

No idea... I just cant figure out why this is their concern anyway. It ought to be left to me and the owner of the website I use. Apparently they've made it their business and they are aiming to enact "piecemeal" legislation to make it happen.

I don't have a camera on my computer and I don't want one. I'll stick to passwords and take my chances with the hackers.
