A woman said her Twitter account was "probably hacked" when tweets were posted about supposedly confidential testimony in a grand jury hearing over the fatal shooting of a Missouri teen by a police officer.

The tweets lead authorities in St. Louis County to launch an investigation into the grand jury that is looking into the shooting of Michael Brown by Ferguson, Missouri, Police officer Darren Wilson.

The shooting in August led to weeks of protests in the city near St. Louis.

According to a CNN story, the tweets claimed the grand jury did not have enough evidence to warrant charging Wilson with Brown's death.

A statement from the St. Louis County court administrator said the matter is being investigated and the court will "take appropriate action, if the prosecutor finds cause to believe misconduct has occurred."

According to The Los Angeles Times, the grand jury had been expected to decide by November if Wilson would be indicted.

Eric Frein will probably be executed before that.... if they find him.

I bet they'll drag this out and delay the grand jury vote until December or January -- people are a lot less likely to protest/riot when it's 30 degrees outside.

Who actually thinks that they would rule in favor of prosecution?

Let's all hold our breath for a vigorous prosecution. The prosecutor is the son of a cop who was killed "in the line of duty". He is so interested in making sure that justice is achieved, that he will not step down and let another prosecutor take over, despite the requests of countless residents and the governor. It is not much of a guess where his sympathies lie.
