I was thinking people should be held for a certain period before leaving a quarantine area.

There should be some sort of perimeter cordoned off.

And we've just been considering people. Imagine all of the things being sent in and out. Or just the medical samples sent out for testing spreading out far and wide. This seems a time to send the equipment there instead.

In fact I would thing there would be an opening for a business that just catered to transferring correspondence to a digital to allow it to pass outside the quarantined area.
