We need a group for all the wealthy Ron Paul supporters who, on their own, can better coordinate TV and newspaper ads since they can put their money to good use. For one reason, most of the RP supporters who make 500K+ have probably maxed out their contributions. But, they still have thousands to give. If you have 50 - 100 or even 200 RP supporters in some kind of group they they can finance NY Times ads, Wall Street Journal ads and USA Today ads. Maybe even TV commercials too. If each of them were to donate $5,000 into the group and you had 100 of them, that's $500,000. Enough money to do whatever advertising you wanted.

This group would be created through this site or another RP site.

I think it'd be great if we could get Barry Manilow and Peter Schiff to head this group. If you can get them and a few other dozen wealthy RP supporters with each chipping in $10,000 or even $15,000, they'd generate up to half a million in advertising revenue.

If it were real successful, and you had up to 200 RP supporters in the group, (each with an average income of $300,000 let's say) and each threw into the group 5% of their income, that's $15,000. Multiply that by 200 and you have $3,000,000.

5% of a $300,000 income is way less than $15,000....you are forgetting that we are living in a country with excessive taxation....

I still think your idea is good though and the ones with higher incomes should be reminded that some Ron Paul supporters making $50,000 per year are already maxed out.

How about they start another blimp for the West Coast?!

Most guys making $300,000 should have a good amount in the bank especially if they're over 35 or 40.

That being said, I think there are many out there who can donate up to $20,000 if it is for the right advertising project, such as primetime TV advertising, hundreds of thousands of flyers, New York Times or Wakk Street Journal ads and other stuff.

Don't put any expectations on Barry Manilow. He likes to butter his bread on all sides:
